The addition of these job families will only improve Hireology's ability to help each of our customers make better hiring decisions. -- Margot Nash, product development director
Chicago, Ill (PRWEB) August 27, 2013
Hireology, the leading selection management platform for distributed enterprises, has announced the addition of two new job families to the Selection Manager™. This update provides users with the option to select "Healthcare/Medical" or "Technician/Skilled Labor/Contractor" when opening new positions.
Adding to the already extensive library of job families, users who open a new job under either family will have access to industry-specific interview guides and scoring algorithms. Additionally, various skill assessments and verification services will be recommended based upon the duties of the role.
"We're so excited to offer these new job families to our customers," said Margot Nash, product development director. "The addition of these job families will only improve Hireology's ability to help each of our customers make better hiring decisions."
Hireology's product development team consulted with subject matter experts in each industry to develop the job families. By scoring the importance of each element, or skill, within the industry, the product development team averaged the scores and based each job family around the most relevant elements.
