Kirkland, WA (PRWEB) August 23, 2013
Acumatica, the world’s fastest-growing provider of cloud-based ERP solutions to small and medium-sized companies (SMBs), recently conducted training for partners at its biggest annual summit yet.
A total of 282 partner attendees from 98 partner organizations showed up for the 2013 Acumatica Partner Summit in Leesburg, Virginia, this week. The three-day training included classes for Introductory and Intermediate Developer Training, as well as Customer Relations Management (CRM).
“We are excited that so many partners have joined our training this year,” said Education Director and Project Manager Valery Hill. “As our company grows, we want to make sure we continue to certify as many partners as possible to bring our brand to the next level.”
The number of classes doubled from last year, and now includes CRM, Sales Order Management, Project Accounting, Introductory Developer Training, Intermediate Developer Training, Hands-On Financial Configuration and Implementation, Hands-On Installation Technical Administration and Reporting, and a special module for JAAS Manufacturing.
The on-site classes at the 2013 Partner Summit complement Acumatica’s online classes, currently available on Acumatica University, an online learning management system launched earlier this year.
With Acumatica University, partners are able to have anytime, anywhere access to product training courses and videos.
Skip Reardon, Manager of Acumatica University, said: “We fully expect the growth of Acumatica’s worldwide channel ecosystem of VARs, ISVs, and OEMs will continue to feed the appetite for product knowledge about Acumatica ERP and our technology platform. Our highly accessible online University is designed to meet the demands for scalable product training and channel certification, and we expect it will have a positive impact on sales, channel satisfaction, and ultimately on customer satisfaction. ”
There are 88 courses on the site, and more than 1,500 courses have been taken and passed. So far, the number of users has grown from 300 at launch to more than 700 in August, which puts the University on track to gain 800 users by end of the year.
