Clifton, NJ (PRWEB) August 26, 2013 -- Joseph Federico, VP and Director of NJ MET Inc. Clifton, NJ, announced the celebration of Operations and Quality Manager Parbatie Hazell Salvadore’s 25th anniversary of employment with the company.
Mrs. Salvadore came on board in January, 1988 as a Process Operator and moved into NJ MET’s Quality Management department, assisting with Incoming and Final Inspection duties. Over the years, Hazell continued to progress in the NJ MET Quality Management department, increasing her responsibilities to include developing test plans for the military, aerospace, industrial and commercial fields. Today she manages these quality duties as well as managing operation functions by working directly with NJ MET VP and Director of Operations Joseph Federico.
“It has been a great pleasure working with Hazell throughout the years. She has been a dedicated colleague and is a dear friend,” said Joseph Federico from NJ MET’s Clifton, NJ headquarters.
“Mrs. Salvadore, an amazing mother of two and wonderful wife to her husband of 26 years, enjoys spending time with her family. Dedicated to them, she spends a lot of her time attending school meetings and is constantly on the go.”
Regardless of how much is on her plate, she still manages to donate to various soup kitchens as well as other charities. “Her commitment to these causes is admirable and speaks to the kind of person she is,” said her son Bryan Salvadore in a recent interview.
Mrs. Salvadore was presented with a commendation plaque congratulating her on 25 years of loyalty and friendship at a luncheon in her honor where she was celebrated by her fellow employees.
