Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts Was Granted ABHES Institutional Re-Accreditation for a Maximum Timeframe of 8 Years

The on-site evaluation visits resulted in ZERO violations and Gurnick received a grant of ABHES re-accreditation for a maximum timeframe of 8 years. The grant of accreditation is through February 28 of 2022. To recognize such achievement and receive this award Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts will be honored at the ABHES annual conference, which will be held on February 26-28, 2014 in Nashville, TN.
Gurnick Academy started its operations in 2004. The academy offers extensive variety of healthcare programs and CE courses. The program offerings include Vocational Nurse, Ultrasound Technology, Radiologic Technology, MRI Technology, Psychiatric Technician, Phlebotomy Technician (CPT 1), Physical Therapist Assistant and Personal Fitness Trainer Program.
Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts is also approved by US Department of Education to participate in Title IV/Federal Financial Aid programs.
The academy is approved for the training of Veterans and eligible persons as an eligible institution. This approval will enable Veterans and their eligible dependents/spouses to utilize their GI Bill benefits to train to become Career Healthcare professionals.
