Louisville, KY (PRWEB) August 26, 2013
This year’s Fast Casual Executive Summit is all about learning from proven success, which is the reason why a new session, "Ask the Fast Casual Experts" was developed this year, said Cherryh Butler, FastCasual.com’s senior editor and hostess of the event set for Oct. 13-15 in New Orleans.
The expert panel features the top-three ranked executives on FastCasual.com’s 2013 list of Top 100 Movers & Shakers. They include: Don Fox, CEO of Firehouse Subs; Carl Howard, CEO of Fazoli’s and Erle Dardick, CEO of MonkeyMedia Software.
"Attendees will get to ask them about anything from how to increase sales and how they market their brands to how they use technology and where they see the industry headed," Butler said. "It’s an honor to have three of the industry’s most-respected individuals sit on this panel. There’s really no better way to learn about the industry than from these CEOs."
The eighth annual Fast Casual Summit is at the Loews Hotel Oct. 13-15 in New Orleans. It kicks off Sunday with a food tour of local and national fast casual concepts. Besides a variety of educational sessions, the event also includes several networking opportunities, including jazz and Cajun bands, dinners, cocktail hours and even a parade. The keynote presentation is an appearance and Q and A with political powerhouse couple, James Carville and Mary Matalin. Registration is now open.
