More specifically, 7,860 actions concern the DePuy ASR Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation (MDL 2197, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio) and 4,278 actions concern the DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation (MDL 2244, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas).
