"Squishies" are a new twist on a Russian nesting doll or a matryoshka doll. The "Squishies" concept launched on crowdfunding site Kickstarter on August 20, 2013 and has a base goal of $8,000 to release the new and exciting nesting doll toy that any child is sure to love. Each brightly colored "Squishie" unzips to reveal another special friend inside, and each of the outer two "Squishie" skins can be stuffed to hide all the secret stuff that any child may want to hide. Recommended for children 3 and up, "Squishies" are wonderfully soft, washable, and meet or exceed all child safety standards, and are of course, squishy. "Squishies" are also patent pending and copyrighted. When assembled, "Squishies" measure ~ 12" x 9".
The interactive feature of "Squishies" assures that your child will always find something new and exciting, and the "Squishies" doll will help to foster the development of essential skills for any child. Motor, language, and social skills are improved and developed as the child plays, interacts with all the features, and will be anxious to share their "Squishies" with friends.
