Mindseye, an experienced leader in eDiscovery technology and workflow solutions, announced today that Bill Truchan has joined the company as chief financial officer. Truchan, who has more than 25 years’ experience managing financial and operations teams, comes to Mindseye as it continues to expand its market presence with TunnelVision, its flagship product.
Truchan offers a wealth of legal industry experience, most recently serving as chief financial officer and then chief operating officer of the private equity-backed OnSite, acquired by Integreon where he served as a senior vice president. Truchan helped drive double-digit revenue growth at OnSite while directing the launch of Electronic Evidence Labs and the development of the proprietary hosting platform eView. Prior to OnSite, he fostered significant growth at Ikon, where he participated in more than 250 domestic and international acquisitions in the copier and litigation support space before serving as chief financial officer of the company’s largest territory – the Mid-Atlantic region. Truchan has a BBA in accounting from Temple University and is a certified public accountant.
“This is an exciting time for Mindseye to add a seasoned executive such as Bill as we continue to invest in developing market-leading technologies to help solve today’s biggest eDiscovery challenges,” said Bob Krantz, CEO of Mindseye. “Bill brings invaluable breadth and depth of expertise in finance and operations. His leadership skills will drive the planning and execution of our financial strategies. Bill’s many remarkable accomplishments in the legal industry perfectly match Mindseye’s goals and vision.”
“I’m thrilled to join Mindseye and excited to offer my knowledge of and experience in finance and operations,” Truchan said. “Mindseye has a bright future. I look forward to working with its talented staff and furthering the company’s growth in the eDiscovery market.”

Delivered through a fixed-cost licensing model or as a stand-alone eDiscovery appliance, TunnelVision is a scalable solution built on an iterative workflow design. Organizations that use TunnelVision can quickly input and access early data to make cost and resource estimates, formulate strategy and case direction, and ultimately move less but more relevant data to review. Mindseye is an active participant in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) Project and The Sedona Conference. The company is employee owned, profitable, and has experienced consistent revenue and profit growth year over year.
