Happiness is about balance between four primary aspects of life: health, love, achievement, and fun. In Keyan Mianji’s new book, If Life Was a Game, readers learn practical and easy-to-apply rules for life improvement based on this idea.
“My book is perfect for anyone at a crossroads in life – whether work or play,” said Mianji. “The book contains an inspirational, yet practical message: balance is everything.”
Mianji believes it is easy to lean too far toward what seems most appealing instead of maintaining balance between the four factors. It is all too common to see people sacrificing health in the name of achievement or fun, or perhaps merely neglecting love.
With his handbook on happiness, Mianji hopes to share his personal reflections in a way that improves the lives of every one of his readers and brings them closer to happiness and success.
