I-Cubed’s new E-TEAMS© consulting service is a value focused response to the accelerating demand for Adobe Experience Manager consulting resources.

I-Cubed, an enterprise technology solutions provider, has announced a new service offering, E-TEAMS, designed to provide highly qualified and role specific teams to meet customer project goals. The new service provides training and mentoring services, in addition to project development and delivery excellence, allowing customers to maintain their systems and processes for end projects. The E-TEAMS service is designed for companies adopting Adobe Marketing Cloud (AMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), which incorporates the web content management technology formally known as Adobe CQ.

“I-Cubed Enablement TEAMS provide Training, Execution, Architecture, Mentorship and Support services for the Adobe Experience Manager technology, in addition to being qualified through our rigorous selection and on-boarding process,” stated I-Cubed President & CEO Donald A. Thompson Jr. “Individual E-TEAMS are staffed with consultants who have expertise in web experience management strategy, development, governance, and best practices. These experts will lead customers successfully through a tailored project implementation plan to a smooth Go-Live, afterward enabling self-sufficiency across the capabilities of the AMC and AEM platforms.”

The demand for AMC and AEM consulting services has been fueled by a sharp rise in the demand for the technology driven by several recent accolades from analyst groups. Adobe reported earnings June 18, 2013 that included an increase of over 25 percent for Adobe Marketing Cloud bookings. More recently on August 5, 2013, Gartner, Inc. positioned the Adobe technology as a Leader in its 2013 Magic Quadrant for Web Experience Management. This follows Forrester’s April 8, 2013 naming Adobe Experience Manager as the Leader of The Forrester Wave™: Web Content Management for Digital Content Experience, Q2 2013.

“Our engagement process begins by working with customers on assessing their project requirements, designing a project strategy, and selecting the appropriate E-TEAMS solution to execute the project,” said I-Cubed Director of Emerging Technologies, Greg Boone. “The E-TEAMS pricing model is also structured to be different from the common industry practice of staffing projects with one type of consultant and one billing rate regardless of technical skills and proficiencies or the customers' specific technology or project needs.”
