Henderson Properties Ramps Up Acquisition Growth
Charlotte, N.C. (PRWEB) August 29, 2013 -- Henderson Properties, a Charlotte based full-service real estate company recently picked up 10 new communities that were formerly managed by Mooresville-based Faith Management Services. The acquisition process has already transferred over several of the communities, effective August 1, while the remaining communities will become officially acquired on September 1.
Once the transition is complete, Henderson Properties will have at least 108 associations under its management.
The new communities will fall under the responsibility of Henderson Properties’ community association management division. The company has provided its HOA management services across the Charlotte metro area for more than 20 years. The acquisition allows the former Faith Management communities to now have access to services such as board meeting preparation assistance, guidance drafting annual budgets, help reviewing vendor contracts and technical support with community websites among many other types of HOA services.
Henderson Properties’ community association management division also offers accounting services such as coordinating legal processes and aggressively pursuing collections. Additionally, the HOA Management service provides maintenance guidance, which includes making recommendations for preventative maintenance and soliciting contractor bids.
Leo and Gloria Martinez have run Faith Management Services since they founded the organization in 2005. Phil Henderson, the president of Henderson Properties, said that the Martinez pair did a fantastic job growing the multiple communities into strong, organized and beautiful places to live.
“Leo and Dr. Martinez are excellent property managers who agreed their communities would benefit from Henderson Properties’ HOA management services,” Henderson said. “We are well-equipped to provide these associations with our technical systems and offer our highly responsive team who is dedicated to serving their best interests.”
Leo Martinez has officially been designated as part of the Henderson Properties team, and will continue to manage the acquired associations from Henderson Properties’ office in Davidson.
Henderson Properties’ community association management division also recently became managers of the Fairfield Plantation Home Owners Association. The community sits in the northern end of Stallings, close to Stevens Mill and encompasses nearly 243 single-family homes. The grounds of Fairfield Plantation include designated trails, tennis courts, a playground and swimming area.
Without effective HOA management services, it is difficult for community leaders to be successful. Henderson Properties has a highly trained staff that provides comprehensive association management services for single-family homes, town homes and condominium communities.
“As the need for organized community leadership becomes greater, the faster our company seems to grow,” Henderson said. “We are excited about our newly acquired communities and look forward to providing them with our services.”
