Property managers often face a tough decision when trying to find the right software for their company. There are a large number of choices in both web based and desktop based software. Large websites are sometimes hard to navigate, so the Tenant Software website was created to provide the information needed in a simple user friendly interface.

Wayne Gathright, president of W G Software, Inc. notes “We intend to continue to build this site to provide only the information that new customers need to make an informed decision.” He continues, “Such resources include screenshots of the entire program, how to videos, comparisons with other software, testimonials, infographics, and much more."

The Tenant File has a large and loyal customer base, many of them having used the program for over 15 years. As technology has evolved, the software has evolved as well, today providing such features as ACH online rent payments, vacancy uploads to client websites, and syndication of vacancy information throughout the Internet. Owners, Tenants, and Vendors can receive statements via email and the Tenant File provides full accounting for both the owner of the property and the tenant. The program also includes a calendar scheduler, reminder system, check writing, and bank account reconciliation.
