Recognized for her leadership and innovative programs, Ms. Murrell Randall’s accomplishments include the design and deployment of G4S’ High-Impact Leadership Training Program, which trained more than 6,000 first-line supervisors and office staff. She has also made invaluable contributions to the company’s Secure Trax ® mobile training initiative. Here Ms. Murrell Randall discusses the critical success factors of her award-winning programs.
