Intellum congratulates Carmen Murrell Randall, Director, Field Training Services for G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. for her recognition by Training Magazine as an "Emerging Training Leader to Watch".

Carmen is a tremendous leader and a consummate professional. She deserves this recognition, and I feel privileged to have her as a client. I’m thrilled Intellum could contribute to her success.

Intellum extends its sincerest congratulations to Carmen Murrell Randall, Director of Field Training Services for G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc., for her recognition by Training Magazine as of one of their 5 "Emerging Training Leaders to Watch".

Recognized for her leadership and innovative programs, Ms. Murrell Randall’s accomplishments include the design and deployment of G4S’ High-Impact Leadership Training Program, which trained more than 6,000 first-line supervisors and office staff. She has also made invaluable contributions to the company’s Secure Trax ® mobile training initiative. Here Ms. Murrell Randall discusses the critical success factors of her award-winning programs.

Ms. Murrell Randall explained, “As a security company, keeping our officers, first-line supervisors, field training officers, and general staff up-to-date on professional certifications, professional development education, client training requirements, and other critical training is a top priority.”

Ms. Murrell Randall continued, “For me to create a successful training program, I knew providing great content on its own wasn’t enough. The ability to provide just-in-time training, deliver training to field based staff, track training in real-time, easily assemble reports; these are all critical elements of an effective, holistic training program. To deliver a great program, I knew we would need a strong LMS partner. The combination of Secure Trax ® and our LMS partner Intellum has proven to be the perfect solution.”

The Secure Trax ® system, G4S’ proprietary software application, allows G4S to deliver just-in-time training to the company’s thousands of field based staff via smartphone. Intellum’s EXCEED learning management system is the engine that drives the training machine.

Ms. Murrell Randall said, “Intellum not only supports our mobile training initiatives, but also provides us with the real-time tracking and bullet-proof reporting critical to the success of our initiatives. With Intellum’s support, we can provide our officers 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week training, which has significantly improved the quality of the service we provide our clients.”

Ms. Murrell Randall continued, “As a partner, Intellum has been tremendous. They are truly a partner, in every sense of the word. Customer service is a big issue for G4S. Something we value and stake our reputation on. To know I receive the same quality of customer service from Intellum is priceless. They allow me to keep my attention focused on critical priorities rather than worrying about administration.”

Matt Gilley, Chief Engagement Officer for Intellum, said, “Carmen is a tremendous leader and a consummate professional. She deserves this recognition, and I feel privileged to have her as a client. I’m thrilled Intellum could contribute to her success.”
