Next month’s annual ‘Celebrate Wakefield’ has attracted support from one of the town’s most respected businesses after leading home improvement manufacturers Conservatory Outlet agreed to be chief sponsor for the event.

‘Celebrate Wakefield’ is the traditional the end of season dinner for rugby league side Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, an event that also recognises the accomplishments of Wakefield’s sports teams and companies and acknowledges the town’s various achievements.

Taking place on Thursday, 5th September, within the lavish surroundings of Oulton Hall in Rothwell and an all black-tie affair, guests will be treated to a four-course meal and fantastic entertainment throughout the night.

An awards presentation to Wildcat’s entire first team will be a particular highlight. The night will see the star performers rewarded for their efforts during the 2013 campaign in which the Wildcats have once again fought hard for a place in the play-offs. Last year, popular players Tim Smith and Andy Raleigh were the big winners.

Those attending will enjoy the opportunity to join the players in looking back on Super League 2013, all hosted by Sky Sports’ Rod Studd.

Conservatory Outlet’s frequent backing of local firms, causes and events has massively helped raised the profile of the firm in the region; a company that has gone on to become one of the country’s premier suppliers of conservatories, orangeries, windows and doors.
