Heritage July 2013 Sales Report: Outperforms Market Average Sales Price by 32%
Wake Forest & Rolesville, NC (PRWEB) August 28, 2013 -- July new home sales at the desirable master-planned community of Heritage finished on a high note with 24 new sales at an average price of $389,302. This is 32% higher than the Wake County average of $262,151, according to the July 2013 Triangle MLS Report. Of the 18 homes closed the list price to sales price ratio topped 100%.
