Fitness Advice Podcasts Available At HRWC
Bozeman, MT (PRWEB) August 29, 2013 -- Fitness advice podcasts are now available at the Heart Rate Watch Company for those interested in time-honored, scientifically proven fitness advice.
The podcasts interview of world record holder, coach and former athlete Rusty Squire are conducted by interviewer Steve Morgan. Each episode covers 5 minutes of fitness advice, nutritional device, hydration advice and tactical information on training.
"We wanted information that was quick, easy to digest and you could immediately apply to your own fitness routines," says Rusty Squire, author and President of the Heart Rate Watch Company. He adds, "This is a lifetime of knowledge accrued from competing and coaching nationally and internationally."
"We'll also gather some of the most cutting edge technology from our local University's Human Performance Laboratory," says Squire. He adds, "Right now they are testing a portable oxyimeter that accurately measure blood oxygen levels in real-time".
FITNESS ADVICE CENTER
Heart Rate Watch Company recently opened the Fitness Advice Center on Facebook to help distribute fitness and nutrition advice and information. "The podcasts are an extension of the Fitness Advice Center concept and allow us to give people information that is easy to digest quickly," says Squire.
"Our goal is to become the premier source and clearing house for training information for endurance athletes and fitness enthusiasts that want to gain a better understanding of training methods, diet and other topics," says Squire.
USER QUESTIONS AND INTERACTION
Rusty, chief product tester John Yarington and other guest commentators will answer your questions and even gather information that may lead to a podcast depending on the level of interest in the topic. "This is a great opportunity for users to interact with us directly and get their pressing questions answered by an expert," says Squire.
Heart Rate Watch Company's fitness advice podcasts are available to anyone that would like to listen to them at both the Heart Rate Watch Company website and at the Fitness Advice Center on Facebook.
"Interested parties can also contact us directly on a national toll-free line with their questions at 866-586-7129," says Squire. He adds, "We pride ourselves on being very accessible."
