Inktel Launches Leadership Development Program

Inktel Contact Center Solutions has long been built on the concept that “you can’t build a great company without great talent.” This summer, Inktel launched the first class of its new Leadership Development Program, designed to groom young talent from the ground up into the company’s next generation of leaders through practical training, real-world experience and hands on mentoring.

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a highly selective and intensive 18-month program for recent undergraduates spanning multiple challenging rotational assignments through the company. Candidates displaying excellent skills in communication, organization, strategic thinking and relationship management are chosen through a rigorous application and interview process. Members are then assigned to a 90 – 120 day term in the Operations, Training, Business Development, IT, Marketing, Accounting, Client Services, or Human Resources departments and will rotate between 4 and 6 assignments during the program, learning diverse skills and gaining valuable experience along the way.
