Former Heart Cripple Reveals Journey Back to Heart Health and Fitness on New Website
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) August 29, 2013 -- San Francisco based Body for the Ages Nonprofit and its founder/U.S. patent holder Pax Beale announced today the launching of their new website, http://www.bodyfortheages.org, aiming to attack America's number one killer, heart risks. The site emphasizes education and live coach participation through the web, based on Beale's own journey back from "heart cripple" to national champion athlete.
Beale suffered a massive heart attack, requiring a five way coronary bypass operation. His post surgery condition was very poor. Rather than follow a traditional recovery approach, he decided to put his experience as a successful owner of many health and medical related businesses to use. He launched a five year research project, of which he was the subject.
After reading hundreds of research papers and visiting major international universities and research facilities, Beale devised his own recovery regime. Beale says that the synergistic effect of Body For The Ages Nonprofit’s multi-step program is the key to his success.
His cardiologist agreed. "I was amazed to find, based on physical examination, exercise testing, echo cardiography and ultrasound examination, he had completely normal cardiac function. I told him he should continue doing whatever he was doing, because it is clearly beneficial," Dr. Ed Cohen, MD, cardiologist, University of California Medical Center said.
This result inspired Beale to make this information available to everyone. "I want to help people live vibrant healthy lives, to their maximum genetic lifespan, by becoming Members of Team Body For The Ages," 83-year-old Beale said. "I want this to be my legacy."
On the new site, Beale reveals the Body For The Ages Total Commitment Wellness Program, which includes Basic Nutrition, Prescription Method of Training, Scientific Supplements, and the Principle of Total Commitment, all of which deliver a unique support system for participants. Members are guided and monitored by live certified experts. Collectively, the volunteer experts donating their time on the site to Body For The Ages Team Members have a common goal of reducing the insidious death rate from America’s #1 killer, heart risks.
Body for the Ages is an IRS nonprofit organization based in San Francisco. It conducts research and program implementation in the areas of heart health and fitness.
