Now Arriving: Food, Fitness and Finishes at Metro's 772 Silver Line Station

Comstock Partners, LC continues to expand the retail offerings at Loudoun Station, its transit-oriented development at the future Silver Line Metro terminus in Ashburn. Comstock announced today it has signed five new tenants: Burger 21, Title Boxing Club, In Style Nails, First Impressions Dental and The Zone Family Amusement Center, joining the previously announced StarPlex Cinemas.

First Impressions Dental is open for business and accepting new patients. TITLE Boxing, In Style Nails and Burger 21 are under construction and scheduled to open in the coming months. Construction begins shortly on ‘The Zone’ Family Amusement Center. The businesses are all located on lower levels of the almost fully-leased BLVD luxury apartment buildings at Shellhorn Road and Central Station Drive in Ashburn, Virginia.

The planned mix of stores, services, restaurants, cafes and entertainment venues situated at the terminus of the Dulles Corridor’s new Metro line will make Loudoun Station one of the most dynamic destinations in the Washington, DC region. Loudoun Station will be the first transit-oriented development in Loudoun County to be served by Metro when Phase 2 of the Silver Line is completed in 2018. Beginning in early 2014, Loudoun Station will host Loudoun Transit riders and buses with a new commuter lot and bus shelters. Loudoun commuters will have connectivity to the Phase 1 Metro stations in Tysons Corner and Reston as soon as Phase 1 Metro operations begin running in early 2014.

The urban, hip apartments at the BLVD | Loudoun Station have proven to be very popular. With approximately 1,000 residents already living at Loudoun Station, the opening of the retail establishments is highly anticipated. Additional retail and restaurant spaces are still available as Comstock focuses on completing the lease up of the initial phase of retail at Loudoun Station. The retail establishments are located on Central Station Drive, the main entrance to Loudoun Station and the street that will access the Metro station. All retail spaces have 20’ ceiling heights and ample parking.

Commercial interest in the project continues to rise with the visible presence of Phase 2 Metro construction preparation up and down the Greenway. The dynamic nature of Loudoun Station continues along with the rising demand for ‘walkable urban.’

The New Tenants:

Burger 21 – Burger 21 is a “beyond the better burger” fast-casual franchise concept     founded in 2010. The chef-inspired brand offerings including 21 unique burger creations ranging from hand-crafted, freshly ground certified Angus beef to chicken, turkey, shrimp and tuna burgers, made-to-order salads, 100 percent Angus beef franks and an extensive shake bar including hand-dipped shakes, floats and sundaes.

TITLE Boxing Club – A fitness club with a punch! TITLE Boxing Clubs offer explosive total body boxing and kickboxing fitness workouts that help women and men burn up to 1,000 calories an hour in group classes.

In Style Nails Spa – Offers a full line of nail care and styling services including acrylic nails, silk gel nails, and spa pedicures using OPI products.

First Impressions Dental – First Impression Dental is a dental practice offering family-friendly dental care, state-of-the-art cosmetic and restorative techniques, advanced technology, a caring and comfortable atmosphere and same-day emergency care.

The Zone, a family amusement center – The Zone will feature laser tag, cosmic golf, miniature bowling, and arcade games along with food and concessions, offering entertainment for the entire family.
