Secure Website: For clients not wishing to use an EDI, Firefly offers a secure website where firms can log-in to access updates and all of the same information provided via the EDI.

Deliverables

Firefly makes it a priority to ease the work loads of colleagues and clients. To this end, court filing and notarized affidavits with civil process service are offered at no additional fee.

QA reports are also provided with process service. These internal reports give clients progress updates that include serve times, non-serves and completed serves to save them time from running these numbers themselves. Firefly also willingly reports on any additional points requested.
