DecisionWise Announces New 360-degree Feedback Coaching Training

DecisionWise, Inc. provides a redesigned HRCI approved 360-degree feedback coaching training and certification program.

We’re excited to incorporate more modern data and best practices into the event, providing attendees with a truly learning-rich certification experience that furthers the concept of Leadership Intelligence.

Each year, management consulting company DecisionWise, Inc. provides a two-day training program to certify HR leaders and business managers as effective and qualified 360-degree feedback coaches. While being offered for 12 consecutive years, the curriculum has undergone multiple revisions. This year, DecisionWise implemented new curriculum design changes, reflecting updates to their 360 feedback materials, philosophy, and coaching methodology.

“The use of 360-degree feedback and coaching methods are changing as organizations try to develop their leaders at a faster pace to meet performance goals. This year we will be applying theories and practices we’ve discovered as new evidence has emerged that illuminated the underlying mechanisms of change through 360 feedback,” Dr. Paul Warner, Director of Consulting Services commented. “We’re excited to incorporate more modern data and best practices into the event, providing attendees with a truly learning-rich certification experience that furthers the concept of Leadership Intelligence.”

Dr. Warner will be joined by DecisionWise Director of Talent Assessment, Linda Linfield. Both Dr. Warner and Ms. Linfield are industry-recognized 360-degree feedback experts and executive coaches, regularly preparing, debriefing and consulting on 360 feedback results. Linfield currently spends a majority of her time coaching executive leaders around the world.

The 2013 Annual 360-degree Feedback Coaching Training Workshop will be hosted October 1 – 2 at the Park City Hotel in Park City, Utah. Workshop attendees will receive the following benefits:

  •     Instruction on innovative and proven uses of 360-degree feedback for development, appraisal, succession planning, employee engagement and team effectiveness.
  •     Feedback on personal strengths, weaknesses and derailers via individual 360 feedback assessment.
  •     Certification as a 360-degree feedback coach.

Attendees with HRCI certifications (PHR, SPHR or GPHR) will also be eligible to receive 14 general recertification credits through the HR Certification Institute.
