NetCom Learning, now in its fifteenth year, is experiencing company growth across the board in 2013. SATV vouchers are provided by Microsoft to organizations that purchase company software using a volume licensing agreement. The vouchers can be redeemed toward Microsoft training at NetCom Learning.

High NPS scores
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a system used by many companies to track customer satisfaction and loyalty. In 2012 NetCom Learning had an NPS score of 65.89 which is higher than the industry standard with 50 being considered an excellent score. In 2013, NetCom Learning hit a NPS score of 72.33 in February 2013 and has maintained an average of 67 NPS over the year. Most computer software companies average NPS of 21. High NPS scores indicate that a company has satisfied customers. Customers ranked NetCom Learning highest in the areas of instructor review, sales, marketing and the classroom environment. To back this increase in NPS scores are rising numbers or students providing unedited testimonials about the training they have received at NetCom Learning.

Website traffic and company leads
As NetCom Learning continues to make major updates on its website, the company’s web traffic is up 60% compared to 2012. In addition, the number of company leads is up significantly in terms of prospective clients and information requests over 2012.
