Real Estate Investors Group Seeks Bloggers and Article Writers
New York, NY (PRWEB) August 30, 2013 -- The American Real Estate Investors Academy is an expanding real estate education platform, which was designed to help investors find quality educational resources. The academy is a multimedia web portal that is set up to deliver multiple forms of content to real estate investors in every state.
The group has taken the well-known REIA or Real Estate Investors Association model into cyberspace. In keeping with this model, the name for this project will be The American-REIA. As the name implies, this group intends to become a national REIA organization in scale, along with all of the benefits that local members usually enjoy. The group aims to fill the void that exists between investors who crave knowledge and the geographically-based local REIA clubs that mostly service the larger metropolitan areas. There are many investors who live in area which are not served by a traditional club. Even people in large cities are frequently not able to connect with a club for one reason or another. Some geographic clubs meet at inconvenient hours or in locations that the potential member can’t reach. The advantages of web based content delivery allow learners to choose the time of day and location of the content delivery. It’s really all about making real estate education more accessible to the student. An online format also allows more diverse subject matter. Real estate investing can take many forms. Some investors like to rehab and flip properties while others prefer a more landlord-centered approach.
Part of the online real estate education process will be a vibrant blog. The target goal for that blog is to incorporate a diverse set of informational and opinion articles, as possible. For that reason, the REIA group is looking for guest bloggers to create that content. Guest bloggers can draw upon their own unique perspectives to make a better blog than any individual could.
This is a rare opportunity for the blogger community. Large nationally-focused real estate blogs do not just burst into existence, those are planned events. A blog of this scope isn’t likely to come around very often. Experienced bloggers and experienced real estate professionals are encouraged to submit unique articles for consideration. As an incentive for becoming a guest blogger, all accepted content providers will be permitted to attach appropriate or related backlinks to their articles. This means that anyone who wants to promote their own blog or real estate related web site will benefit from the internet traffic generated from this blog.
Writers who wish to be considered should submit content to josh(at)american-reia(dot)com. Articles must be grammatically correct. Submissions should be no less than 400 words and no greater than 1000 words in total length. This includes the author’s promotional links.
