Intuitive coach and award-winning self-help author Paula Renaye announces the addition of new in-person and online classes to help people demystify metaphysical terms, techniques and modalities that are becoming more prevalent in mainstream language. Billed as “The Beginner’s Guide to What It All Means”, the Metaphysics 101 classes provide an overview with experiential tutorials on a wide range of topics, including energy work and Reiki, tapping (EFT), past life regressions, meditation, guided visualization, chakras, meridians, grounding, spirit guides, angels, intuitive readings, mediums, essential oils, crystals and more.
“Some people are curious or even a little afraid when they learn I do energy work and regression hypnosis, because they just don’t know anything about it,” says Renaye. “I used to be the same way, which is why I’m giving people plain talk explanations in a down-to-earth way where they can feel comfortable asking questions about all that ‘weird’ stuff.”
The classes will include mini demonstrations in running energy, using essential oils, connecting with crystals, regression hypnosis and tapping (EFT). Other topics that may be discussed are remote viewing, automatic writing, astrocartography, Tarot, totems, astral travel and soulmates.
A certified professional coach, Renaye is also certified in Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, is a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher and has extensive training and experience in other modalities, including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), aromatherapy, intuitive work, crystal and stone healing, dream work and others.
Renaye is also internationally known for her therapist-endorsed, award-winning self-help book, Living the Life You Love: The No-Nonsense Guide to Total Transformation. The book, which is billed as a step-by-step how-to template for self-discovery, personal insight and life transformation, is available worldwide in English, Spanish and Chinese.
Although her book is considered mainstream, Renaye has studied and worked in the metaphysical field for decades.
