The Secret Society of Happy People Presents Happiness Happens When I See Silver Linings
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) August 29, 2013 -- Unhappiness Happens! When it does, the challenge is finding happiness again quicker.
Since 40% of someone's happiness is within their control, when unhappiness happens, the approach they take towards an unhappy situation determines how long it takes to find their happy again.
The Secret Society of Happy People will host a free webinar Happiness Happens When I See Silver Linings on Saturday, September 7 at 11:00 am CST.
Participants will learn three simple steps to find silver linings:
• Identify the Different Types of Silver Linings: Learn the different types of silver linings that they can apply to their situation.
• Develop Silver Lining Habits: Discover why actions reinforce silver lining thinking.
• Find a Silver Lining Tribe: Understand why someone needs to develop a supportive circle to help discover the positive or create it.
"I know from both personal and professional experience that even mostly happy people have to put effort into finding the silver linings some days," says Society Founder Pamela Gail Johnson. "This webinar will give people three easy and simple ways to help them find silver linings so they can find their happy sooner when unhappiness happens."

Recognize happiness with the same enthusiasm as I do unhappiness,
Encourage others to share their happiness,
Don’t unnecessarily rain on other people’s parades.
