To accommodate a broader prospect base, Peoplefluent RMS now better enables candidates to submit a resume or complete a submission with data previously provided auto-filled for convenience from their mobile devices.
In addition to improving the mobile career site, other enhancements to Peoplefluent RMS include:
- Customer self-service functionality that lets clients manage their own configuration with user defined fields.
- Forms management capability to create client-defined candidate forms in up to 30 languages, enabling Peoplefluent RMS customers to find talent anywhere in the world.
- Additional metric options for reports.
Peoplefluent VMS provides visibility into the extended workforce, allowing organizations to better manage spend, compliance, risk and efficiency related to contingent staff. In its latest version, Peoplefluent VMS features new Peoplefluent Compliance Manager audit tools that generate audits on any pre-engagement requirements, functionality that is especially critical in regulated industries. New candidate side-by-side comparisons, featuring additional criteria such as compliance items, custom fields, employment information questions and candidate profile information, give procurement and HR teams better insight into the contingent workforce.
Peoplefluent has also improved the solution’s service procurement module. Among enhancements to the Peoplefluent VMS module:
- Payment categories now reflect milestone and actual resources for implementation flexibility.
- A new category has been added to manage fee structures (managed, fixed or variable).
- Invoices may be submitted for partial work (e.g., when a milestone is achieved), versus requiring full completion for invoice submission.
- Project resource management and tracking enhancements provide granular tracking capability.
- Enhancements permit import of time by a defined increment (e.g., day, month, other unit), ideal for organizations that import time versus requiring contingent workforce to manually input information.
