MOCA sales representatives, titled Independent Sales Executives (ISE), are selected for their previous sales experience and a “can-do” attitude in thriving industries. A series of interviews are conducted from corporate recruiters who paint a detailed picture of a typical day in the field for an ISE, and are excited to discuss the commission and residual programs. Once an ISE is selected, they will experience world-class training which educates them on the payments industry, products offered and all services provided that benefit each merchant. When the course is completed, a team leader is assigned to act as their personal coach and assists the ISEs in closing deals, networking and assessing merchants on their credit card processing.
