Under The Dome's Neal Baer Teases next Week's Episode in an Interview on AfterBuzz TV
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) August 31, 2013 -- Under The Dome's executive producer, Neal Baer, made an appearance on AfterBuzz TV's Under The Dome aftershow Thursday night. In his appearance, Baer talks about who gets shot in the next episode and the importance of constellations. Baer also explains how certain actors got cast in the series.
On which character gets shot next week:
Baer says, “You saw the previews, somebody is shot. It is brutal next week...Nobody is safe.”
On Alexander Koch being cast as Junior:
Baer says, “When [Alex Koch] came to audition for us, it was his first audition ever for TV. He came out of college, he went to school in Chicago, and he was in plays, but our casting people, who cast Breaking Bad [and] Walking Dead as well, they brought Alex in and I immediately knew even before he read...when Alex walked in, I just said, 'Gosh, he just seems exactly like Junior.'”
On the importance of constellations in the series:
“I love puzzles so much,” Baer says, “The constellations that emerge or are ejected from the egg will play a significant role in the next episode...I'm not saying they initiate the storm, I'm saying the constellations will be a key clue in taking [the characters] to the next step of understanding the dome.”
