RAGEWorks

We are so pleased to be able to open our first Team 3 Center and help men deal with their anger and rage in a positive way, without having to resort to destructive behaviors.

North Providence, RI (PRWEB) August 31, 2013

As a first step in their capacity building campaign, RAGEWorks announces the launch of their first Team 3 Center slated to Open early November, in North Providence RI.

RAGEWorks is a 501(c)3 organization that helps men break the cycle of despair that all too often leads them to harm themselves or others. By providing a comprehensive web of resources offered by proven men leaders, RAGEWorks provides men with the opportunity to CONNECT with successful men, ACT to make meaningful change, and LEAD purposeful and service-filled lives.

The Team 3 Center provides a free safe-harbor, common space where men can work together on their physical and emotional well–being. Among the services men can utilize are: work out facilities, non-confrontational sessions, where men talk with each other and our trained volunteers and learn leadership skills they can use in their families, their workplaces, and their communities.

This facility, located at 1920 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence, RI will accommodate up to 200 men who can join and utilize all services for free in exchange for a few hours of volunteer time at the facility. RAGEWorks plans to utilize this first space as a beta site for the non - profit to expand Team 3 centers nationally.

"We are so pleased to be able to open our first Team 3 Center and help men deal with their anger and rage in a positive way," states Dr. Michael LeRoux, Founder RAGEWorks

Team 3 is funded through community sponsorships, in part self-supported by the members themselves and through volunteer and monetary contributions to RAGEWorks. This first center is launching in part to an anonymous donation, from a local sponsor underwriting the first year's rent.
