New York, New York (PRWEB) September 04, 2013
Zamansky LLC investigates financial advisor Glen A. Galemmo ("Galemmo") of Cincinnati, Ohio, over allegations that he ran a "Ponzi" scheme as Queens City Investments. The investigation also concerns Landmark Investment Group, his FINRA-registered brokerage firm.
On July 26, 2013, Galemmo was the subject of a civil complaint filed by investors alleging that he ran a $200 million fraudulent Ponzi scheme. The case was filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Hamilton County, Ohio, Case No, A1305659. The complaint also asserts that Galemmo's office was raided by the IRS, and seeks to prevent him from transferring assets.
During the time of the allegations, Galemmo was registered through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) with Landmark Investment Group. His FINRA Broker-Check report shows that he was registered with Landmark Investment Group until September 2012.
Zamansky LLC is investigating the alleged scheme by Galemmo, and Landmark Investment Group. According to investment fraud attorney, Jake Zamansky, brokerage and investment firms have duties to supervise their employees and the activity of their employees. Investors who were victims of Galemmo's alleged fraud should have their situation reviewed by an attorney, Zamansky states.
