For decades police officers, firemen, and those in the military have used high intensity training to keep themselves in peak performance. Now athletes and fitness aficionados are utilizing this method to lose weight, get in shape with the help of CrossFit North Industry, a recently opened training center.
Co-owned by Dennis Fenrich, Josh Nicklin, and Chris Berry, CrossFit North Industry, which opened in April, is launching a new website to give current and future clients easier access to their services at http://www.CrossFitNorthIndustry.com.
“I opened CrossFit North Industry because CrossFit is the best training program I have ever seen,” said Fenrich. “At 38, I’m in the best shape of my life, my clients are getting in the best shape of their lives, and I look forward to seeing thousands of people train with us, and get in their best shape ever as well. This is why I do what I do, and I am proud to say I’m part of the CrossFit community.”
Livonia CrossFit North Industry uses bodyweight exercises involving kettle bells, olympic lifts, running, jumping, medicine balls, weightlifting to train patrons to their peak. Each class is taught by a CrossFit level 1 coach and is an hour long.
“I started lifting weights when I was 15. I started following and studying nutrition when I was 21. My body fat hasn't been over 10 percent since then,” Fenrich said. “When I was 27 I started training people full time and now have over 10,000 hours of training experience.”
The 5,200-square-foot CrossFit North Industry facility offers men’s and women’s showers and changing rooms. New customers can receive for a free week pass for a limited time.
CrossFit North Industry has hired marketing agency http://www.FrontStreetPR.com to assist them in initiating an online marketing plan to attract new members, the integrated marketing strategy will include email and direct marketing, social networking and targeted advertising campaigns
CrossFit North Industry is located at 36963 Amrhein Rd Livonia, MI 48167. Classes are scheduled Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.; and on Saturdays at 10:00 a.m.
