San Diego, California (PRWEB) September 02, 2013
Paddle Into Fitness is offering another SUP Yoga Certification program this October 11-14, 2013 at the Sheraton Hotel & Marina in San Diego, California, after filling three successful paddleboard yoga certifications earlier in the year.
The four-day program includes lifeguard training, water safety, paddle technique, three styles of standup paddleboard yoga, and a business workshop with Roxy SUP athlete Gillian Gibree, who was recently featured on the June cover of Yoga Journal Magazine. Gillian is also an experienced ocean lifeguard, EMT, and Yoga Alliance E-RYT. Upon course completion, students will also receive 30 hour of Yoga Alliance CEU credits and a Paddle Into Fitness Certification.
With SUP Yoga on the rise, Paddle Into Fitness has provided a popular, accredited certification program that is getting rave reviews. “The information was cutting edge, relevant, and nothing like what anyone’s seen up here (Michigan) before. I have been paddleboarding for two years, and I feel like my paddling has improved ten fold this summer after the training. The techniques taught to us continues to deliver for my students and were also laid out to us in a paddle talk that is succinct and informative, which is important when offering new information to folks.” -Sarah Lou, Michigan.
