On August 7, another lawsuit was filed by a New York couple in New York Southern District Court (1:2013cv05506) alleging that the wife suffered complications from her Zimmer NexGen Knee implant. The woman alleges that she was implanted with the Zimmer NexGen Knee in 2008 and, in 2010, she experienced complications and underwent revision surgery to remove the device.
