The C.A.T. Principle is a new self-help book about managing change, taking action and developing trust. Concise and easy to understand, it paints a unique view of these three important life traits, while also providing practical tips on how to deal with them.

Three years in the making, author Albert Bolter (http://www.albertbolter.com or http://www.amazon.com/author/albertbolter) releases this groundbreaking self-help book tackling life's most important traits; namely change, action and trust.

Based upon wide ranging experiences from training to be an air force pilot, brokering real estate in a reunited Berlin, and working in Miami at the peak of the Great Recession, Bolter understands the impact of change upon life.

"The idea for this book is the result of a keynote address I gave to graduating students of a private business college," says Bolter. "I was surprised when students, parents, and relatives said they'd never heard anyone explain these concepts the way I had. Then and there, I thought an easy to understand book explaining change, action and trust might be a good idea."

In addition to dealing with life change, the book outlines the necessity of leading an action-filled life, while performing everything we do from a foundation of trust.

"The essence of life is dealing with change, knowing when to take action and doing this from a position of trust," emphasizes Bolter. "The C.A.T. Principle does just that."

The C.A.T. Principle is now available on Amazon sites around the world. Further information can also be found at http://www.albertbolter.com and at http://www.amazon.com/author/albertbolter.

Bolter continues to practice The C.A.T. Principle while working for a commercial real estate firm in Toronto, Canada.
