Three years in the making, author Albert Bolter ( or releases this groundbreaking self-help book tackling life's most important traits; namely change, action and trust.

Based upon wide ranging experiences from training to be an air force pilot, brokering real estate in a reunited Berlin, and working in Miami at the peak of the Great Recession, Bolter understands the impact of change upon life.

"The idea for this book is the result of a keynote address I gave to graduating students of a private business college," says Bolter. "I was surprised when students, parents, and relatives said they'd never heard anyone explain these concepts the way I had. Then and there, I thought an easy to understand book explaining change, action and trust might be a good idea."

In addition to dealing with life change, the book outlines the necessity of leading an action-filled life, while performing everything we do from a foundation of trust.
