Lenferna Consulting, a Johannesburg-based Enterprise Information Management (EIM) & SharePoint services business and Complexus Software, a Cape Town-based SharePoint products business, join forces to strengthen their compelling SharePoint product and service offering for the African Enterprise seeking to do more with SharePoint.

Over the past 18 months, Lenferna Consulting and Complexus Software have been working closely together in the Southern African market, providing high impact consulting and training services, allied to a suite of niche, specialist SharePoint products. Based on the success achieved with a range of local clients and partners, the logical next step was to combine two businesses that share the same vision of exceptional quality and value centric implementations of SharePoint. This was underscored when Complexus was recently awarded the prestigious Business Critical SharePoint Partner (BCSP) award [Line of Business Connection Track] from Microsoft Redmond.

“The merger with Complexus will allow for a stronger solutions offering ensuring we continue to deliver world class valuable business solutions to our clients,” says Marc Lenferna, founder of Lenferna Consulting. “With an already existing successful partnership, the merger was the logical next step forward to build on our strengths and widen our niche, high impact solutions to more clients.” Lenferna concluded, “We’re looking forward to bridging the gap between disparate systems in the enterprise and working with clients to roll out business critical enterprise processes underpinned by SharePoint.”

Nick Bradshaw, founder of Complexus and 18-year veteran of working with clients deploying complex technology said, “Our success over the last 18 months has been testament to our continued belief that the Enterprise can continually improve on how it deploys technology to support business critical business processes that rely on SharePoint. We have grown our SharePoint product offering to 13 products underpinned by a robust consulting & training methodology. We have developed an excellent local channel partner network and worked on a range of projects covering everything from integrating SharePoint to SAP to helping organizations develop and deploy new applications built for SharePoint 2013.”

Bradshaw concluded, “We are taking on new staff and growing our business to help clients address some of the new and emerging technologies that can help the African Enterprise do more with the SharePoint platform. Be that SharePoint social tools, such as our new crowd sourced innovation management and identity management solutions from Brightsmith Inc & Almond Labs Inc or our configurable SharePoint ERP integration solutions for SAP & Oracle from Simplement Inc & InFlight Corp, we will continue to innovate and help our clients achieve maximum return on their SharePoint investment.”

Complexus will be formally announcing this merger and show casing some of its new SharePoint product & service lines as Platinum Sponsors, exhibitors & speakers at SharePoint Saturday Cape Town, South Africa on the 7th September 2013.
