The King’s Daughters Inn Brings on Maite Vigil as General Manager to Durham’s Premiere Luxury Inn
Durham, NC (PRWEB) September 04, 2013 -- Maite Vigil has spent over a decade at Rocky Top Hospitality as both their Director of Operations, and before that, the General Manager. In 2012 The Triangle Business Journal recognized her accomplishments by making her one of the 2012 Women in Business award recipients. Most recently, she had been working on expanding their catering department and opening several restaurants. Her move to the King’s Daughters Inn is one that the proprietors are very happy about.
“We can’t tell you how excited we are to have her join us,” said Deanna Crossman, one of The King’s Daughters Inn Proprietors. “Having her here for The King’s Daughters Inn, as well as for our project in Cary, The Mayton Inn, will be so incredible. She has a lot of experience to bring to the table and I know that her addition to the team is going to be invaluable.”
Ms. Vigil added, "I am thrilled to join the team at the King's Daughters Inn and the upcoming Mayton Inn. I am grateful for the opportunity to be involved in the growth of the boutique hotel business in the heart of the Triangle."
The King’s Daughters Inn is a 17-room boutique Inn located across from Duke University. The Crossmans are currently working on the Mayton Inn, a proposed 45-room hotel in neighboring downtown Cary. Maite Vigil will be an instrumental part of both projects, bringing her years of recognized talent to each.
