Greenberg Traurig’s Bradley R. Marsh to Speak on California Property Tax Disputes at The State Bar of California’s 86th Annual Meeting

Bradley R. Marsh, a shareholder in the San Francisco office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at The State Bar of California’s 86th Annual Meeting. The meeting, focusing on “Innovation and the Law,” takes place Thursday, Oct. 10 to Saturday, October 12, 2013 at the McEnery San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California.

Marsh, a member of the firm’s Tax practice and frequent speaker and lecturer, will speak on the panel “The ABCs of Property Tax Disputes and Appeals,” Saturday October 12, 2013 at 4:15 p.m. He focuses his practice on the areas of federal, state and local tax controversy matters, including payroll, property, business license, employment, franchise, parcel, district, sales, documentary transfer, transient occupancy, utility user, income, parking, gift and estate taxes. He is the 2013-2014 Chair of the Taxation Section in California State Bar, an Adjunct Professor in Golden Gate University’s Tax LL.M. program, and a City Councilman in Larkspur, California.

The event will feature CLE programming, receptions and award ceremonies, as well as the 61st annual Bench and Bar Art Show and the annual Fun Run/Walk for Justice.
