ProcessMaker BPM Automates World-wide Processes Related to Prepaid Voucher and Card Requests for The Chèque Déjeuner Group
Brooklyn, NY (PRWEB) September 04, 2013 -- Colosa, the developer of Business Process Management (BPM) solution ProcessMaker, together with French partner Digicom Corporation has been chosen by The Chèque Déjeuner Group, creator of the Chèque Déjeuner® and the world number 3 in prepaid vouchers and cards to automate the process of creating and delivering portal sites and check request processes for its customers.
The Chèque Déjeuner Group, has been a partner to public institutions in France since 1964. The Chèque Déjeuner cooperative Group devises and develops innovative and personalised solutions to support social, economic, and cultural initiatives for French companies, regardless of their intended audience: staff, constituents, claimants, etc. The Chèque Déjeuner Group serves more than 185,000 customers, be they companies or public institutions, and 22.7 million beneficiaries, whether they be employees or members of the general public.
In recent years the Paris based group found itself facing a unique challenge. Its business had been expanding world-wide and the system group was under pressure to reduce the time required to rollout new portals to its constituent companies. These portals housed various processes related to the way constituents requested and managed checks online. The objective was to reduce rollout time for new customers from many months to under a month in order to meet the growing demand. For this reason, the group needed a flexible BPM solution that allowed for easy configuration instead of constantly having to change hardcoded processes.
Colosa’s ProcessMaker is a web-based solution that allows public and private organisations to easily automate form intensive, approval-based processes that integrate departments and legacy systems, and this proved to be exactly the solution that Cheque Dejeuner needed.
Cheque Dejeuner’s CIO, Adam Hamzawi said: “We needed a solution that could allow us to quickly and easily configure new portal sites and get customers rolled out in a matter of weeks instead of months. The ProcessMaker solution is easy to use and integrates extraordinarily well into existing systems. It has already shown us great savings in time and money.”
Discussing the selection process and the decision to go with ProcessMaker, Mr. Hamzawi added, “We thoroughly reviewed the market and closely-examined four or five different solutions and chose ProcessMaker because it offered the most complete suite of tools to enable us to deliver solutions quickly. ProcessMaker’s core functionality will ensure we can build customer automation very quickly. Our job is to quickly develop and customize processes for our constituents, and ProcessMaker gives us the tools to be able to do exactly that."
Brian Reale, founder and CEO of Colosa, said: “ProcessMaker is simple and easy-to-use which sets it apart - and ensures our users get all of the features they need. The Chèque Déjeuner Group is taking those features and benefits of ProcessMaker and is enabling its team to spend more time and money on its core business of managing prepaid solutions, instead of rolling out portals and order processes to its customers. This efficiency is exactly what we want to deliver, and we’re proud to be involved with The Chèque Déjeuner Group and to be part of its goals to deliver prepaid vouchers and cards world-wide.”
