(PRWEB) September 06, 2013 -- PolicyPak Software, the leader in desktop and application management, recently rolled out a Pak for Sage 50 Accounting software.
The pre-configured Pak for Sage 50 allows IT admins to fully set and enforce expectations for users’ applications. For example, admins have the ability to lock down the “Decimal Entry” setting to Automatic and then totally prevent users from modifying this setting by right clicking the setting and selecting “Disable Corresponding Control in Target Application.” A full list of features for the Pak can be found on the PolicyPak website.
IT Admins and network administrators who want to try out the PolicyPak software can get a free trial by attending a Group Policy Webinar at the PolicyPak Website, or by calling (800) 883-8002.
Jeremy Moskowitz, Group Policy MVP and founder of PolicyPak Software recently discussed the Sage Pak when he said, “Everyone wants the payroll to operate uninterrupted. And that means that the accounting software needs to work uninterrupted in a predictive manner for all of the accounting users, even when those same users may interrupt the process to call the helpdesk after altering a setting they weren’t supposed to. That’s where PolicyPak comes in.”
PolicyPak can deliver settings using Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy, Microsoft SCCM, Dell KACE, or any other management tool.
