SpectraSensors Exhibiting and Presenting on Natural Gas Measurement at ASGMT
(PRWEB) September 04, 2013 -- SpectraSensors will participate in the American School of Gas Measurement Technology (ASGMT), in Houston, Texas on September 16-19 on natural gas measurement. The School is the largest gas measurement school in the United States devoted to natural gas measurement, pressure regulation, flow control, and other measurement related arenas.
The purpose of the School, the sponsoring associations, and the operating companies within the petroleum and natural gas industry, is to provide instruction on technical subjects for people in the measurement industry. The School will be held in the convention center complex of the Marriott Houston Westchase Hotel located at 2900 Briarpark Drive, Houston, Texas.
The three SpectraSensors presenters…Sam Miller, Richard Cline, and Ryan Hamilton will cover subjects including electronic measurement of natural gas, new products in natural gas data acquisition and communication, gas stream water vapor measurement, and natural gas measurement and natural gas sampling devices.
Sam Miller, Director of Marketing, Natural Gas for SpectraSensors, will speak on “Devices for Field Determination of Water in Natural Gas” at 10 am on September 17th in Salon H. Richard Cline, Director of Software Applications Engineering, will describe “How Electronic Measurement is Selected and Used” at 10 am on September 17th in Salon G. On September 19th he will also give a presentation on “New Products in Data Acquisition and Communications at 11:15 am in Salon F.
Service engineer Ryan Hamilton provides a hands-on NGL Sampling Devices program on September 18th at 11:15 am in Richmond 2.
SpectraSensors will be located in Booth 98-99 at ASGMT providing information on its array of tunable diode laser (TDL) gas measurement devices for natural gas measurement.
SpectraSensors is a leading manufacturer of optically based moisture analyzers and H2S analyzers for analytical process markets. The company uses Tunable Diode Lasers Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) in a host of products such as Ambient Air Monitoring Analyzers, Moisture Analyzers (Hygrometers) and Gas Analyzers for Natural Gas Pipelines and Processors, Petrochemical Refineries and Chemical Companies.
SpectraSensors Gas Analyzers measure: Moisture (H2O), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Ammonia (NH3), Acetylene (C2H2), Oxygen (O2), and more.
