Dallas Cowboys Tickets: Ticket Down Has Slashed Pricing on All Dallas Cowboys Tickets for the 2013-2014 Season
New York, NY (PRWEB) September 03, 2013 -- The Dallas Cowboys have finished the past two seasons at 8-8, which for many fans is simply not enough. Dallas owner Jerry Jones was certainly not fond of that record and is hopeful for a better outcome in 2013. With the 2013 season set to begin in just a few days, the time to purchase tickets to home games at the newly named AT&T Stadium is running out. Who will be the biggest stars for the 2013 Cowboys and what are some of the key games to try and get your tickets for early?
Biggest Stars
• Tony Romo
Despite being one of the most ridiculed players in the National Football League, Romo is coming off the best season of his professional career and one of the best seasons for a Dallas Cowboys quarterback. In 2012, he threw for 4,903 yards with 28 touchdowns, but in typical Romo-fashion, threw 19 interceptions and had three fumbles.
• DeMarco Murray
Murray will be entering his third professional season out of Oklahoma. Murray played in 10 games a year ago, rushing for 663 yards on 161 carries with four touchdowns. For the Cowboys to be successful this season, they will need to get more from Murray.
• Dez Bryant
The former Oklahoma State product is entering his fourth season and is easily coming off the best season of his career. He caught 92 passes for 1,382 yards and 12 touchdowns, all of which are career highs. At just 24, he has a chance to put up legendary numbers.
• DeMarcus Ware
On the defensive side of the ball, Ware is as good as it gets. Ware has played eight seasons in the NFL and has recorded at least 11 sacks in each of the past seven years. In 2012, he had 11.5 sacks – his lowest total since 2009 – a number the Cowboys would like to see increased this season.
Key 2013 Home Games:
Aside from the usual NFC East opponents traveling to Dallas, the Cowboys will also welcome some of the best teams in the league to AT&T Stadium.
• September 8 vs. New York Giants
The Cowboys season will open with a crucial game in the NFC East against their rivals from New York. After the previous 102 meeting sin their long history, the Cowboys hold the edge 57-43-2 and will look to rebound from their previous loss last October.
• October 6 vs. Denver Broncos
AT&T Stadium will be raucous as the Cowboys welcome the Broncos and Peyton Manning to Dallas in this week five showdown.
• December 15 vs. Green Bay Packers
Aaron Rodgers and company will invade Dallas in this week 15 battle that could have serious playoff implications for both teams. Romo has notoriously been a solid late season quarterback and this game will test that theory further.
• December 29 vs. Philadelphia Eagles
The final game of the season will be another that has serious implications in the playoff push. The Eagles and the Cowboys will meet for the 104th time with Dallas hoping to extend their all-time lead in the series to 58-46.
