Harper Paige Salon is known for their fresh haircuts and rich color that loyal clients rave about. In addition to their notorious hairstyling, they are becoming increasingly known for their love of dogs. Clients bring in their K-9 children (of all sizes – even adorable and obedient Great Danes!) on a regular basis and get their hair done with their pooch sitting in their lap or happily beside them. So it only makes sense that in celebration of their two years in business, Harper Paige Salon is donating 3% of all services to Wonder Dog Rescue for the entire month of September.

Wonder Dog Rescue is a small, local non-profit with a big heart. They have been operating in and around the San Francisco and Bay area for over 20 years. Their mission is to save small to medium sized dogs from kill shelters and find them good homes.

“When we were thinking about what to do for our birthday,” says co-owner Marie Warden, “we had a ton of creative ideas to tickle the fancy of our customers. But donating to a dog rescue was something we knew would touch our clients as much as it touches us.”

For any customer who wishes to give more, Harper Paige will also be taking additional donations at the front desk. They will also be posting regularly on their Facebook and Instagram to try to help adopt certain dogs in need of a home.

Marie adds, “Plus we’ll be offering complementary bubbly to all of our guests in September. Come in and toast to us and to the dogs!”

ABOUT HARPER PAIGE SALON: Harper Paige Salon is a haven for those looking for classic styles with a modern twist. When Katie Casey and Marie Warden, both famed colorists whose range of talents include ombre hair, balayage, highlights, and full color, opened the salon in September 2011, they envisioned a unique culture that feels retro-chic-meets-biker-bohemian.
