We are proud to announce that the long-awaited Community Center at Avimor is scheduled to begin construction during the 1st week of September, 2013. This beautiful 12,000 sq. ft. facility will be the perfect complement to the list of amenities that Avimor already offers.

Avimor has recently announced the ground-breaking event for its brand new Community Center.

Avimor’s 12,000 square foot $2 million dollar Community Center will feature a glass-enclosed indoor and outdoor pool, meeting rooms, a fitness center, lounge area with sharing library, and catering kitchen.

“The Community Center helps solidify the point that the new home industry is back and healthy,” stated Stacy Bahrenfuss, Broker for the Catalyst Group. “We think that the Community Center shows the success of Avimor and the new-home industry market.”

Avimor’s planned 23,000-acre home development project is located 4 miles north of Eagle in the foothills above Boise. A spacious community focused around a central village square, Avimor is a place where home-owners can enjoy regular concerts, sporting events, and holiday festivals. Avimor’s commitment to both individuality and open spaces creates a living arrangement that keeps people as close to the city as they are to nature. The new Community Center will be an ideal meeting place for this entire development, with facilities for both formal and informal meetings, parties, and more. Through the creation of the Community Center, Avimor will create a way of life for its home-owners that is as individual as it is community-based.
“Avimor has always been more than a community, it’s also a healthy lifestyle,” said Dan Richter, General Manager of Avimor. “The Community Center will add to our commitment to being a lifestyle community.”

The ground breaking for the Community Center will take place on Saturday, September 7th at 10:30 a.m. as part of the Avimor Bike Demo Day. More information can be found at http://www.avimor.com, or by phone at 208-939-0343.
