Recall, a global leader in document storage, secure document destruction, digital document management and data protection, announced the appointment of Rohan Pal as Global Chief Information Officer. Pal will be responsible for all aspects of Recall’s Information Technology processes and practices.
Pal will report to Chief Executive Officer Doug Pertz and lead Recall’s global technology team as it works with regional and local leaders to ensure consistent processes and system capabilities across all of Recall’s offices and Information Centers. Pal’s key business objectives will include enhancing Recall’s world-class customer service and supporting the development of new products and services.

Prior to joining Recall, Pal served as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer for Tyco Fire Protection Products. At Tyco, he drove the IT vision, strategy and roadmap for the organization, developing and executing short and long-term IT initiatives to improve supply chain operations. Earlier in his career, Pal led the Shared Services Operation for key financial functions at HD Supply as the Vice-President of Financial Systems, Operations and Multisourcing. Pal also directed the team for Home Depot’s India Operations as the Managing Director. Pal earned a Master's of Business Administration in General Management from Dartmouth College, a Master’s in Computer Engineering from St. Mary’s University, a Master’s in Supply Chain Strategy from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Trinity University.
