Dr. Tom Young and Dave Danielson Join USPM as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, Respectively

About Dr. Thomas R. Young
Chief Operating Officer Thomas R. Young, MD is a board certified family physician with over 35 years of medical experience. He served six years as the Medical Director of Idaho Medicaid and has remained active in the formation of medical and mental health policy for Idaho. Dr. Young was also Chief Clinical/Medical Officer of Idaho Medicare QIO Qualis Health.
Previously, Dr. Young served as Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Connextions Health. CH was later sold to Optum Health, which is owned by United HealthGroup.
Dr. Young has served as President of Behavioral Imaging Solutions, a tech startup in the field of video imaging for children with autism. He is a founding partner in Diversified Franchises, LLC which owns a chain of QSR’s (quick service restaurants), and a home health business. He is also a partner at Elite Sports Society, a successful sports marketing business where he serves as the business development officer.
Dr. Young is married with four children and eight grandchildren.
About David Danielson
Chief Marketing Officer David Danielson will assume responsibilities for all customer-facing activities including sales, marketing, and client management.
Previously, Mr. Danielson was founder and President of AGS, a marketing production and design company in Atlanta, GA with a client list including Delta Air Lines, Georgia Pacific, Kimberly-Clark, Bell South, Atlanta Magazine and The International Association of Financial Planners.
In 2003, Mr. Danielson founded and served as CEO and President of Turning Point Selling, a sales effectiveness consulting firm. Since that time, TPS and David have trained thousands of sales professionals and managers across the US, Canada, Europe, India, China, Southeast Asia and Australia. The TPS client list included Hewlett-Packard, Siemens AG, Ingersoll Rand, Verizon and EMC.
Mr. Danielson attended Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey. He is an experienced practitioner of Lean Six-Sigma and Agile project management with certifications from Motorola University and The Georgia Institute of Technology. In the health care industry, he has engaged in Lean/Six-Sigma Black consulting projects with a national medical device management company, as well as one of the industries’ largest health care GPO’s (Group Purchasing Organization), servicing 53,000 members.
Mr. Danielson is founder and Chairman of Play 18-4 Blue (http://www.play18-4blue.com) a 501c3 corporation with a mission to raise awareness for prostate health and prostate cancer.
Mr. Danielson is married with five children.
