Honeywell Sleep Conference With The American Sleep And Breathing Academy To Be Sponsored By Pro Player Health Alliance
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) September 05, 2013 -- The American Sleep and Breathing Academy (ASBA) has set itself apart from other organizations in the industry time and time again. David Gergen, Executive Director of the Dental Division in the academy, recently announced that the academy will be hosting a free seminar intended to educate Honeywell employees on the harmful effects of untreated sleep apnea.
With David Gergen and Dr. Steve Carstensen at the helm, members reap the benefits only offered through this establishment pushing them to be the top dentists in the country. NFL/NBA greats endorse the ASBA with Pro Player Health Alliance sponsoring every event. The educational event for Honeywell professionals will be lead by Dr. Gary Core who is a member of the academy and has seen first hand the advantages of taking part in a Pro Player Health Alliance event.
In addition to being the academy who works with professional athletes receiving support from the likes of NFL HOF Mike Haynes, Roy Green, Mark Walczak and Derek Kennard, the institution's members are on the preferred providers listing for the transportation program that was presented to the Department of Transportation in Washington D.C. by David Gergen and Dr. Elliott Alpher.
Mr. Gergen has also mentioned that the annual American Sleep and Breathing Academy Celebrity Golf Tournament will be in April of 2014 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The tournament will be featuring Charles Barkley, Derek Kennard, Erick Dickerson, Roy Green and Larry Fitzgerald along with several other American sports heroes. The NFL HOPE Program and Pro Player Health Alliance will be working closely with the ASBA to ensure the event will be one of the biggest of its kind. About David Gergen
David Gergen, CDT and President of Pro Player Health Alliance, has been a nationally respected dental lab technician for over 25 years. He received the award for “The Finest Orthodontic Technician in the Country” given by Columbus Dental in 1986. He also has been appointed chair of the dental wing of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy a national interdisciplinary academy dedicated to sleep training and education with over 60,000 members. He has worked for some of the pioneers in the orthodontic and sleep dentistry fields. One of his proudest achievements is receiving The National Leadership award for Arizona Small Businessman of the Year in 2004.
