Delight 2013, a two-day experience design conference, October 7-8 in Portland, Oregon, has announced new speakers from the Content Marketing Institute and Appropriate, Inc. to lead a content strategy workshop.
In a full-day hands-on content strategy workshop, attendees will learn how to plan, create and manage content to delight their customers. The workshop will feature presentations from content strategy experts Margot Bloomstein and Robert Rose.
Margot Bloomstein, the author of Content Strategy at Work and principal at Appropriate, Inc., has more than 10 years of experience helping to shape corporate social responsibility efforts at Timberland, content for alumni relations at Tufts University, and strategy for cultural tourism in the state of Nevada.
Robert Rose, chief strategist at the Content Marketing Institute, is a senior contributing analyst for Digital Clarity Group and author of the book Managing Content Marketing. He has experience advising top professionals in the successful strategy of content marketing and website management and innovates creative and technical content marketing strategies for a wide variety of clientele including 3M, ADP, AT&T, KPMG, Staples, PTC and Petco.
The full conference pass provides access to the workshop in addition to the second day event featuring inspiring keynotes and case studies from beloved brands including MailChimp, Zipcar, Intuit and Disney. Delight 2013 is part of Design Week Portland, which organizes more than 50 design focused events around the city.
