Custom Home Builder Wayne Homes Announces Promotion of Adam Smith and Jeff Stanish
Uniontown, OH (PRWEB) September 05, 2013 -- Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in affordable on-your-lot homes, has announced the promotion of Adam Smith to Sales Manager in the company’s Ashland, OH location. Jeff Stanish has been promoted to Field Manager IV in Pittsburgh, PA. The promotions were announced as the company continues to grow to meet demand for affordable custom homes in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Indiana.

Adam Smith first joined the company in December 2012 as a New Home Consultant. Smith, a former Marine who previously worked for a national mortgage company, will use his leadership and coaching skills to lead the Ashland sales team.
Jeff Stanish was promoted from a Field Manager III to Field Manager IV. In 2012, Stanish earned the highest Net Promoter Index in the company. The Net Promoter Index is a tool used to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stanish has also earned praise within the company for reducing costs and construction time frames.
