Since its founding in 1983, Big Bend Hospice provides expert health care, encouragement, hope, compassion and companionship to people with a limited life expectancy so that they may complete personal goals and find spiritual and emotional peace. The proceeds of the Annual Dr. Bass’ Large Mouth Golf Tournament will benefit the patients of Big Bend Hospice and their families by providing resources to fulfill their needs and help fight the battles they face with life limiting illnesses.
Over the past 13 years, the Annual Dr. Bass’ Large Mouth Golf Tournament has raised more than $500,000 to support patients and families serviced by Big Bend Hospice. This year’s tournament includes two flights of golf beginning with a morning round followed by lunch and the morning’s awards ceremony, and an afternoon flight followed by a reception and the afternoon’s awards ceremony.
This will mark the 6th year of PATLive’s sponsorship as a Platinum Team and will have various members of staff in attendance. “PATLive is honored to continue sponsoring an event that seeks to better the lives of members of the Tallahassee community in numerous aspects.
