Paradigm Learning, a leader in learning innovation that provides award-winning business games, simulations and Discovery Maps® to over half of the Fortune 500 organizations, announced today that it has been awarded Approved Provider status by the HR Certification Institute and can offer recertification credit for the approved programs.

Paradigm Learning has been approved by the HR Certification Institute for its business acumen program, Zodiak®: The Game of Business Finance and Strategy, as well as its Impact5: The Business of Leadership Game®, Countdown®: A Strategy Game for Project Teams and Neon Buzz®: Lighting Up Organizational Performance discovery learning programs.

Credits apply toward the following certifications for HR professionals: PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources).

“We are excited to become an Approved Provider by the HR Certification Institute. Paradigm Learning works closely with HR professionals every day, and our programs can directly impact how successful they can be within their profession and at the organizations where they work,” was the reaction of Robb Gomez, president at Paradigm Learning, to the HR Certification Institute news.

HR Certification Institute is the credentialing affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management, the world’s largest institute serving the professional needs of human resource management. The human resource certifications of PHR, SPHR and GPHR distinguish HR professionals as having mastered the HR Body of Knowledge. These prestigious distinctions are globally recognized as a bona fide symbol of professional achievement.

“Offering programs that award recertification credits allows us to deliver more value to the HR community,” says Gomez. “HR professionals participating in experiential learning programs master the skills and knowledge that enable them to perform as strategic contributors to their organization’s success.”

Paradigm Learning’s ready-made and fully customized programs develop the business knowledge, skills and insights that impact the bottom line, including business acumen, project management, leadership accountability, team effectiveness, talent leadership, and employee alignment and engagement.
